Noël Sedona James is a women, peace and security (WPS) project specialist with the Our Secure Future program. Prior to joining OSF, she was at the Council on Foreign Relations as a research associate for the women and foreign policy program. She holds a M.A. with Distinction in gender, sexuality in global politics from SOAS University of London and received her B.A. in international studies with minors in legal studies and women’s, gender, and sexuality studies from American University.
