Luke Englebert

Luke Englebert is a Fellow at Our Secure Future, where he leads the Women, Peace and Security (WPS) Academy and oversees European partnerships and engagement. Based in Paris, he works with governments, multilateral institutions, and civil society to strengthen the design and implementation of WPS National Action Plans and expand OSF’s footprint abroad.

Previously, Luke served as a Project Manager at Our Secure Future. He has also held roles at the McCain Institute’s Human Rights and Democracy Program and at the International Republican Institute. Originally from Claremont, California, Luke graduated from the University of Redlands with a B.A. in International Relations.
