Kelly Case is a Managing Director at Strategy for Humanity and Project Director for The Children’s Policy and Funding Initiative at Panorama Global. She is an expert in non-profit management and specializes in women-inclusive peace and security processes, trauma awareness, gender equality, resilience, and prevention and response to sexual and gender-based violence. She has developed robust curriculum, led trainings in multicultural settings and designed and implemented qualitative evaluations. In countries impacted by conflict, she has worked with policymakers and civil society to bring about change. Kelly previously held leadership roles at Inclusive Security where she managed large grants and collaborated with women leaders in peace processes and post-conflict initiatives in Sudan, South Sudan, and other parts of Africa. Before joining Inclusive Security, Kelly worked for the American Red Cross where, as part of the Investigative Fraud Unit, she pursued cases of waste and abuse in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. Subsequently, she became Special Assistant to the President of Humanitarian Services at the American Red Cross where she focused on designing and coordinating the restructuring of the nationwide field network to be more effective and streamlined. In addition, she has worked with Palestinian and Israeli youth on programs that promote understanding and activism and in the Great Lakes region of Africa on sustainable development and equal access to education.
