Our Secure Future Project Coordinator Catie Fowler is featured in the Peacekeeping and Stability Operations Institute’s Stability Operations Lessons Learned and Information Management System Sampler. Her two pieces, “Considering Women’s Agency and Equality in the Humanitarian Response to Rwanda’s Genocide” and “For Women and Girls in Syria, Humanitarian Efforts Need to Engage Women and Address Host Country Conditions That Lead to Vulnerability,” broadly focus on the need to engage women in humanitarian response.
