Our Secure Future was thrilled to attend the launch and panel discussion of feminist scholar Marie Berry’s new book, War, Women and Power: From Violence to Mobilization in Rwanda and Bosnia-Herzegovina at the University of Denver Sié Center this week. The event featured an all-female panel of feminist scholars and centered on intersections between the work of Milli Lake, Yolande Bouka, Zoe Marks, and Berry’s new book. The discussion truly exemplified feminist scholarship and the elevation of women scholars in action. We are looking forward to new research from all of the scholars who were represented!
