    In 2020, Our Secure Future spearheaded the establishment of a bipartisan Women, Peace and Security (WPS) Congressional Caucus. The WPS Caucus seeks to ensure that the WPS goals stated in U.N. Security Council Resolution 1325 and in the Women, Peace and Security Act (Public Law No: 115-68) are actively considered national security and foreign policy priorities for the United States in our bilateral and multilateral relations, discussions, and agreements.

Our Secure Future (OSF) works to strengthen the Women, Peace and Security (WPS) agenda to build a more peaceful world through ensuring women’s full participation in governance. Our Secure Future’s purpose is to ensure the effective incorporation of gender perspectives into peace and security decision-making at the international and national level because this leads to better security outcomes for everyone.
